This is our original and most versatile recipe. It has a medium alcohol content, medium body and carbonation and a subtle mixed-flower honey scent. Semisweet hints and in-bottle natural carbonation.

Ideal for pairing with nuts, cold meats or strong cheeses.

Alcohol content 7%.

Naturally free from gluten and other allergens.

Zangana Mead is a craft beverage made in Asturias in an artisanal process so it may contain natural sediments from the in-bottle fermentation. Ingredients: springwater from the Las Xanas spring in Quirós, 100% Spanish honey and select yeasts.
